MSI Error 1722 HELP ME!!!

Hey guys, so I picked up my copy from eb today, broke street release, raced home, stuck it in the computer. Finished install... Recieved Windows Installer error 1722, installation failed. Has anybody else encountered this problem/found a working sollution? Local tech support knew jack-all. Mind you SECUrom did run a release date scan at the end of the installation so that might be it, will have to wait till midnight. -

couldn't see any threads, so they released it today........... fly fly young ones
...OK so EB broke street release and SECUrom validates release, thus no gameplay... very sad -
Punk Buster

Just needing to rant here after having tried to play CoD 4 online (my fill-in till Borderlands) for a few hours. I say try because I can rarely enter a game for more than 5 minutes without being booted, normally I can reconnect instantly, other times I am given a 10 minute lock-out. Punk Buster is quite simple the most ridiculous anti-cheat system ever! Thank god borderlands doesn't use it. I have no intention on buying Modern Warfare 2, as much as I would love to play, until Punk Buster is severly patched. Anybody else have/had issues with Punk Buster? -

Aus PC release date?

Hey everybody, I've been hearing online that the PC release of Borderlands will be delayed until Oct. 30th but my local EB store knows nothing about it, can anyone confirm/deny
