    Both are legit looking. Worst case scenario is that they are constructs, and i only say this because they appear to be made from some of the best combined parts available to allow for maximum weapon performance, yet still look legit. Also for the fact that they are Lv. 61. Not saying thats fake, just saying that those are very rare.
    These would still however appear normally in-game, but not often...

    Its up to you if you still wish to use them or not. I mean, technically theyre not modded...

    If you buy a weapon and then sell it, you will get back 1/7th of what you originally payed i think it is.
