Is my gun modded? n00b

Hey everyone, I got Borderlands about a week ago. I recently jumped online with my siren (approx. level 26 at the time) and whilst playing with a level 38 hunter, he dropped the following gun for me.

NAME: HX 550 Anarchy Tristed
MAKE: Maliwan
LVL: 22

Dmg: 104x3
Acc: 71.4
FR: 12.5
x4 Fire
+54 Mag size
2.9x Weapon Zoom
Very High Elemental Chance


If anyone could let me know if this is modded I would greatly appreciate it. :)

Also, can you get banned for being in possession of modded guns given to you?

yes it is modded, anarchy is a title not a prefix, and twisted is a prefix , and theres no such thing as twisted on any anarchy gun, you can also go to myborderlands.com and put your gun stats in the gear calculater to it will tell you if its legit.

also as for modded guns heres some of the rules

anarchy is ONLY for smg heres an example

anarchy ?????? modded
twisted anarchy modded
steel anarchy non modded (torgue,dahl,tediore make anarchys

shredder is ONLY shotgun name

twisted shredder modded
shredder ?????? modded
terrible shredder non modded

and there is NO SUCH THING as a legit 5x damage gun
they are all modded

damage limits
smg 249 12.5 rate of fire
smg 350ish 4.2-6.9 fire rate
shotgun 350ish 7x-12x bullets
shotgun 1400 (rocket shooting and grenade shooting one)
sniper 1700ish
revolver 1500 (2 shot clip)
revolver masher 300-350 x7 bullets
revolver 950 (6 shot clip)
assault rifle 400 10.0-12.5 fire rate
assault rifle 500 4.9-9.8 fire rate
repeaters/machine pistol 375
rocket launcher 3000

anything above those limits is modded

My gun is currently at high level, and it still can't do that much damage. Yes- is mod.

I don't know if they still ban people, but there should be a mod sweep every month.

If not, IDK. No online 4 me.

yes its modded , but if u want to keep it for SP. keep it
