So I was thinking about it and my friends said I should start a youtube page and post RE walkthroughs and how tos. I wouldnt mind doing it as long as people watched em and it helps fellow fans. So my question is should I do it and would yall watch em?

Id watch them but unfortunately i dont have the RE series...
But you should go ahead and do them. People are always looking for new strategies to take into a game.
