Patch Problem

Hello there,
I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium (CRAP) and I have some problems with installing the new Patch 1.2.1:
I'm running the "setup.exe" choosing lanuage "German" and then BAM: Internal error 2738!!!
I'm searching so long for now and tried all the stuff i found in Google like reregistring these scripts, changing registry entries, changing the compatibility...
Nothing worked just the same crap error 2738.
I searched support by Microsoft but it costs me 72€ (WTF o_O')

So pleeease I hope here's anyone who HAD the same problem or someone who could help me Q.Q

//EDIT: There were no problems with the first patch

this seems like a thechnical foul......er i mean a thechnical problem..... yeah thats it.

ok so i go to Jacobs cove to go to Dr Neds and screen comes up it wants a serial number ? what number do i use or can i get one somewere ?

what i said was a joke, but i meant it in a serious way. it may be a technical problem. you might want to contact NineLeggedCobra, because he knows a bit on this sort of stuff.
