Screen shots on the PS3

Is there a way to take good pictures on the PS3 using the PS3 itself, like some free program or something. Not with a camera. If so, how do you upload these pictures to a computer? I have a laptop.

I assume that if you wanted to use the ps3 itself, you'd need to mod it, but I'm not sure because I don't have a ps3. Also, you could always just use a capture card.

a capture card. theirs some u can hook up ur ps3 to a PC and it records whats ur playing to the pc hard drive. but i think the ps3 can only capture single images

A capture card is just a TV Card for the PC (AKA TV Tuner). Just a way to use the computer as a TV. Best idea for high quality screenies. I hope there is or will be software for SS on the PS3 :p
