New Forum Features? Or is it just me?

Hey Ya'll (that's right, I said Ya'll :harhar: ), there seems to be a new forum feature in posts. On the bottom of each post, there is a green addition sign button, and a red subtraction sign button. What are these for? It seems to me that they are for rating individual responses. Is anyone else seeing them, or am I seeing those little green men again................? :wallbash:

That feature has always been there, and as Milo and Crunch have said, you can vote a post up or down.
It really doesn't have much more use than that.
